Abstract

This article explores the concept of the multiparadigmatic condition of law based on Nicolás Salvi’s essay, articulating it with a philosophical-cinematic reading of Aguirre, the Wrath of God by Werner Herzog. Through references to Kelsen, Kuhn, Blumenberg, Nietzsche, and Feyerabend, the article analyzes law as a discipline caught between the need for meaning and the impossibility of ultimate truth, highlighting the epistemological value of paradigm plurality.
